Grow As Media

After moving on from New York City, Erin and Phoebe found that their deep expertise in data driven marketing was both transferable and desired by many types of clients in locations all over the world. The two founded Grow As Media, taking on both Fortune 500 global brands and growing start-ups looking for growth through a smart technical foundation, paid media, and data analytics. 
Erin and Phoebe worked at SocialCode, one of Facebook’s first Marketing and API Partners in New York City. They gained a combined 7 years of expertise in the technical capabilities of a variety of social platforms, and campaign strategy across Fortune 500 clients in executional ad management and client services roles. 
Phoebe rose to be the Director of Ad Management overseeing the company’s most strategic accounts, and later she shifted into launching the company’s first small business solution.  
After leaving New York City, Erin grew into a role as Director of Paid Social at a large agency overseeing the Marriott International account where she was able to gain expertise in the digital world outside of social, as well as master some of Facebook’s more technical products such as DPA for Travel.
Since launching Grow As Media, the two have become certified Facebook Technical Partners and have worked with 50+ brands to make the most of their advertising via sophisticated technical implementations.
